Tongue November Squeals!
Well, crap. I can't get any of the links I have to work. Play list looks good any way. Beautiful sunrise over the lake this morning. Oliver, Stormy and me took a nice stroll down to the lake at day break. Sally being a bit moody this morning wasn't interrested in going out so she stayed curled up on the sofa. The neighbors horse was at fence so I picked up Oliver and walked over to rub her nose. I couldn't do that with any of the other kitties they would have freaked. I just wish he would learn to stay out of stuff so we could keep him inside. But, what makes him so lovable is why he can't stay in, he has to explore everything. The kitchen door is closed now and he's curled up with Sally on the sofa.

Damn,
Bad news 'bout Norton! Usta see him alot around Santa Cruz in the early 80s. I remember some place in the back of Kings Village Shopping Center in Scotts Valley where he played 2 or 3 times a month. Surely now he's jammin' with the greats somewhere that the "Sun Comes In The Mornin'!
Dat's a request should any DJs be lookin'. Later...JDub

Howdy, JDub, long time no see. Or should that be long Thaime? Big Grin

Check out the music forum on these here squeals. I posted some vids I found on youtube of a Norton show from the 80's. Lots of fun. Might bring back some good memories.

Morning, darlin' Mz. A.

Morning, Jake.

Movies were fun. The only movie I could find based on Bill's description still wasn't the one he remembered. Mine was exactly the one I remembered. And it was less hokey than I thought it would be because it really was sorta artistically done.

But we had a lot of fun and laughs together. We cuddled up on the couch under a chenille throw with all the kitties and drank strong coffee with dark chocolate melted into it and munched cinnamon graham crackers. Felt like being kids again. LOL

sounds like you had a delightful evening, (despite the wrong movie for Bill, too bad Sad)
we had a nice night. As predicted, hubby put on a dumb movie, (the original Wolfman), which I ignored while making dinner (and food to take to Sleepy John's bday party later today) Later, we watched a movie I picked out, Pan's Labyrinth.
Well done movie, interesting, but very sad. We only had 4 (FOUR!) trick or treaters all night long!! An all time low. The Trick or Treater's parents recognized The Man in Black, though, so that was cool.

RE: Fresh Squeals!
I had heard interviews on Fresh Air when it came out and it sounded pretty good. Might have to check that out. One of the local Blockbuster stores is closing. I might stop by and see if they are selling their movies and see if they have it.

So many people have taken the fun out of Halloween. Children aren't allowed to be children much anymore, I guess.

Whatcha make for the party?
