Beautiful seafood spread. Puts our crab dinner to shame!

Of all the things I've lost in my life, I miss my mind the most!

Correct on all counts. He was taking the pic before I had a chance to get the munchies off the table and the rest of the food on it. I had a tray of smoked salmon spread with veggies and crackers in the center with the olives and had just moved it. Hadn't had a chance to clear the olives and get the cole slaw out yet.

He was pretty hungry by that time and just wanted to sit down and eat. LOL

Richard, I take pics mostly because I participate in a couple of cooking and baking forums. It's nice to share a pic with a recipe so folks know what to expect.

Richard, I'm sure it doesn't. I'm willing to bet yours was wonderful, too.

What really made it special was the look on the Grandtwin's faces when they saw that whole crab before cracking them and dismembering. Confused That may be why my grand daughter wasn't ready to enjoy them yet. Big GrinBig Grin

nope, not at all
extra super tired today, so will try to crash early tonight ... only one more early wakeup tomorrow, and then I'll have a break from that 4 am stuff for a whole week, whew ...

maybe watch a movie Sunday night ... my last rental from Netflix has been sitting around for a week or more, waiting for me to get around to it ...

I bet you're whipped! That's a long stretch to get up early and work two jobs to boot! And then go out last night. Well, for us old gals it is, anyway. Big Grin

What movie you got lined up?

RE: Fresh Squeals!
I heard about a new book the other night that I'm dying to read when I finish the stack I've got. Heard an interview with the author on the local NPR station. Sounds like a funny book.

http://www.amazon.com/Hell-Robert-Olen-B...608&sr=8-1

From Amazon:
Interestingly, the kind of life a person has lived, good or evil, doesn't seem to matter. Dante's back, writing a novel as his eternal punishment, and Shakespeare's there, too, weeping for quill and ink because "his hard drive keeps crashing and he loses his plays." George W. Bush is confused and thinks he's in Heaven, and Dick Cheney is kvetching with Beelzebub (Satan's right-hand demon) about the stupidity of their respective bosses. Jerry Seinfeld's comedy routine is bombing, and Christopher Hitchens is making out with Mother Teresa, which is probably equal torture for both. At the center of this witty, wide-ranging satire is Hatcher McCord, anchor of the Evening News From Hell, whose interviews usually consist of a single question: "Why Do You Think You're Here?" (My favorite response is from J. Edgar Hoover: "I was needed. Can you imagine how many Communists there are down here?")
