On to the next, eh? What's next?

Maybe Stevie Coyle. I just might try to talk mom & dad into a house show at the lake. Or have him as a Kiwanis show. I think the lake setting with the sun going down behind Steve would be great. He is thinking of coming east in Sept. Nothing definate yet. Also, the Waymores, Kevin Welch, Lizanne Knott, Brian Ashley Jones, and there is still a possibility of filling a hole in Tom Russells fall tour. I would love to have Tom, no disrepect to any before mentioned. They are all great musicians, singer/songwriters.
Corinne & I are thinking of a 5yr anniversary show next year. She was my first show.
It helps that we now have a reputation for a good turnout at a great little venue with a very good soundman on an off night during a tour with great cd sales. It all works.

Scott, you have worked hard to build your good reputation, well deserved.
I think a show at the lake would be very special, indeed.
I've been a member in good standing of the Stevie Coyle fan club for some time. Smile he is a charming and delightful fellow, his music is gorgeous, stunningly played, and his lyrics are super sharp, sly, and very funny.
Sounds like a winner to me! Smile

I agree. I am being selfish to want him at the perfect setting for my enjoyment with friends & family. Depending on when in Sept the leaves may be turning color, heaven indeed. I am glad he drops by for a night with Dot & I when he tours the east. Dot got called into work but my Cuz, Mary(blind friend) & I went and saw him outside Philly at a house show. That show is where I thought I have to get him to the lake.

Yes, the lake would be a great place to have a special, intimate singer-songwriter series. Save the bigger bands for the town venue.

Deb, no frickin' manure!! geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez!
I was sure ol' Mr. Wilson was a-gonna throw the game away. Instead, he got the save in the last 45 secs, and we won, yay, but it was almost more by default than skill. We seriously need to step it up. Game's on during PSB this mornin', eh?
